Good day all. We've received great pieces for 'Write for your team' and today is no different. This is the first of a few posts today and look out for Arsenal tomorrow! Today though is Manchester United day here at Footiecall offices. So for today's piece we've called a professional in!! Well he writes often and we enjoy his work. Writing about his beloved Manchester United, we present you with a blogger from another mother, Jade Christopher Bentley Adams:

People forget Manchester United won the English Premier League (EPL) last year… until Aguero netted, that is.
They achieved that without captain Vidic, without Fletcher (in my opinion he had developed into more than just “doing a job” for Sir Alex Ferguson SAF), without Cleverley and his protracted injury woes, with a Nani that’s stellar performances… which were few and far between, with Anderson that never reached the Brazilian promise we all expected and finally with Evra that probably had his worst season in the red of Manchester.
Granted Rooney, Valencia, Carrick, Ferdinand & Scholes (when he played) was the back bone of Manchester United's "success" last term and the boy Danny over achieved, where some would say he stepped up to the plate.
Manchester United should never have gotten so close in the end, as the blue half of Manchester should have walked away with the EPL, but they did and it should be noted without an influx of Sheikh Mansours' millions (of talented stars).
The new additions Kagawa & Powell excite me, the latter with an eye on the future (who knows maybe this year) and Shinji has been a revelation in pre-season with his presence in the mid-field his vision his touches can only bode well for the attacking prowess at United's disposal. Robin Van Persie's addition needs mention and all I have to say on him is that in my opinion United do not need him to bolster our attack with the likes of Rooney, Dimitar, Welbeck, Chicharito & Macheda, but RVP will bolster our squad.
Manchester United knows how to win EPL titles and hates to lose them and I don’t expect them to lose it again this term.
People talk about Bounce-Back-Ability and United installs (or should I say SAF does) that in all their teams in fact only Mourinho's Chelsea have won back-to-back EPL titles 04/05 & 05/06 (with Arsenal the year before 03/04) since inception in 1992 and we know winning the second title in a row is the hardest or in United's case the third or fourth title).

Thanks Jade!!! Some great points there -
- United matching the millions spent by City but without spending similar amounts themselves
- United's 'Bounce-Back-Ability' (that's really catchy, can we get this trending? #BBB)
- RVP was an unnecessary signing but will help the squad bolster the squad (perhaps with squad rotation?)
Interesting last point there. RVP has been a touchy subject on Twitter. Give us your thoughts on RVP, Manchester United and, as always, give our friend Jade a follow on Twitter & check out his blog (covers a range of other sports too).
My prediction: Scholes is a demi-god
Controversy: With everyone expecting RVP to get injured, Evra actually breaks his leg and Dennis Irwin makes his long awaited return.
